Change notice of the Sony call center office hours
On October 1st, 2009, office hours of the call center will be changed, regarding the gNoticeh announced on August 6th, 2009 as below. Nothing will change other than office hours.

Thank you for choosing Sony products.

We would like to inform that from August 11th, 2009 onward, the following version of Sony music management software gSonicStageh will close the part of search service which is "Search for Cover Art / More Info".
Due to the closure of this search service, you will not be able to obtain music album cover arts and related information via internet, when you insert the music CD into CD drive of PC.
However please kindly be noted that the other function of gSonicStageh will not be affected by this service closure.

Although this service was closed, you will still be able to register the image files as music album cover art with your SonicStage manually.

We apologize for any inconvenience caused by this matter.
Your understanding and cooperation would be highly appreciated.
