Please be aware of the following when installing OpenMG Jukebox into a PC in which the Windows 2000 Professional (or Windows XP Home Edition/Windows XP Professional) operating system was installed at the factory.
Installing in a Windows 2000 Professional operating system
Before installing OpenMG Jukebox into a PC running a Windows 2000 Professional operating system, be sure to use ;Administrator ; as the User Name when logging on.
Windows2000 Professional
- Use ;Administrator ; as the User Name, enter password
(if required), then click on [OK].
Installing in a Windows XP Home Edition/Windows XP Professional operating system
Before installing OpenMG Jukebox into a PC running a Windows 2000 Professional operating system, be sure to use Administrator as the User Name when logging on.
Attention
To find out whether there is a User Name in Computer Administrator, open the Windows [Control Panel] [User Accounts], then look below the displayed User Name. (Refer to Checking if there is a User Name in 'Computer administrator' below.)
Checking if there is a User Name in 'Computer administrator
(Example) Example of a window displayed if you select [Control Panel]-[User Accounts].
User Accounts
User name: sony There is a User Name in the "Computer administrator." OpenMG Jukebox can be installed.
User name: Guest There is no User Name in the "Computer administrator." OpenMG Jukebox cannot be installed.
