Regarding the Sony product Digital Noise Cancelling Headphone gMDR-NC500Dh, we have discovered a rare case that some of the products sold may damage under a certain condition (the serial numbers are noted later in this document). Specifically, parts on the inner side of the length adjusting sliders (L and R) of the headband may crack or break depending on the condition it is used. All the products with the relevant serial numbers shall be checked and repaired free of cost.

Rare case has been reported that parts of the inner side of the length adjusting sliders of the headband (positions where red arrows are pointing on the picture shown below) may crack or break, depending on the condition it is used.

We have discovered that due to the production error,a rare case that the parts on the inner side of the length adjusting sliders (L and R) of the headband may come off.
All the products with the following relevant serial numbers shall be checked and repaired free of cost as the followings. Serial numbers : 5200001 ` 5202580
