11 Troubleshooting
Q1. I'm using Windows XP Home Edition/Windows XP Professional but I can not use SonicStageVer.1.5.
Q2. I cannot use SonicStage with Windows 2000 Professional.
Q3. I am experiencing difficulties when trying to install SonicStage
Q4. When installing SonicStageVer.1.5 with Windows XP Home Edition / Windows XP Professional / Windows 2000 Professional, an error massage appears and fails to install.
Q5. When I connect the portable player to my computer it is not recognized.
Q6. The CD recording process was aborted with Windows 98 Second Edition (or Windows Millennium Edition)
Q7. I can not playback an audio file that is checked out.
